1. When you place an order
When you have placed and order in GOSH COPENHAGENS Webshop, owned and maintained by E. TJELLESEN A/S, will our system automatically send you a receipt on email.
Final receipt/invoice will be e-mailed to you when we have shipped the order.
An order cannot be fulfilled if one or more items is not in stock. (Often we will contact you for a solution then)
2. Cancellation of your order
Orders that have not yet been shipped from our warehouse can be cancelled within 24 hours. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. and provide us with your ordernumber.
All prices shown on the (SE) webshop is in Swedish Krona (SEK) and including the 25% VAT. We maintain the right to make chances to any fees, prices- and wrongful texts etc.
We accept payment by following methods: Creditcard, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Swish and Klarna
Your payment will be reserved on your card until we have shipped the order, where we will withdraw reservation.
Expected delivery time is 1-3 weekdays. We have free delivery over 349 SEK.
GOSH COPENHAGEN is responsible for the items up until final delivery. The Swedish Webshop only ships to Sweden.
6. Right of cancellation / Returns
We offer free returns for all of our orders. The product needs to in original sleeving and not been used. You have 14 days after receiving the order to contact us about the return.
The returned items should include the original invoice.

As a customer you have 2 years of warranty, which means, that GOSH COPENHAGEN can either choose to fix the damage product og replace it. A special deal can also be made for a discount in price or any other reimbursement made with the customer. If you find any flaws or missing pieces, please contact os as soon as possible and within reasonable time.
For products with limited expiration dates, the warranty is limited to the expiration date.
8. Modifications and disclaimer
We have the right to make changes to our site including product information, prices, fees, technical errors, force majeure, fail of delivery, out of stock products and printing errors.
